CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Marks Birthday by Cutting Cake with Visually‑Impaired Students

Dehradun. To celebrate his birthday on Wednesday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid a heartfelt visit to the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities (NIEPVD). He joined the students in cutting a cake and spent quality time with them, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere.

Children’s Excitement and Interaction

The young learners welcomed the chief minister with evident enthusiasm. Dhami engaged them in conversation, praised their talents, and wished each of them a future filled with success. The institute buzzed with affection, camaraderie, and a shared sense of purpose.

Message on Talent and Inclusion

Dhami reminded the audience that every child, irrespective of visual ability, possesses unique gifts and boundless potential. He stressed that nurturing this talent requires the right opportunities, encouragement, and confidence – a responsibility that extends beyond government to the entire community.

Call for Equal Opportunities

The chief minister urged the students to pursue their aspirations with self‑belief, perseverance, and steady effort. He highlighted that society must guarantee equal chances, dignity, and a supportive environment for all its members.
