Winners will receive awards and certificates, and standout performers may be tapped for upcoming projects, linking local ambition with professional opportunities.
The Festival’s Vision
Organizer Rajesh Sharma stresses that the event is more than a series of film screenings. It is intended to be a shared platform where cinema, artists, youth and regional talent intersect. By weaving together celebrity panels, inclusive screenings and the talent hunt, the festival aims to cement Dehradun’s status as a premier destination for major film and cultural gatherings while amplifying Uttarakhand’s rising creative voices.
