The state targets the upskilling of 100,000 young people through vocational programmes, backed by strengthened placement cells that will link trainees with suitable job opportunities.
Additional MPPSC Examination Scheduled
Beyond the regular annual test, an extra Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) exam will be conducted next year, giving aspirants another chance to secure government positions as part of the Year of Youth drive.
Expansion of Higher and Medical Education
Plans are underway to inaugurate twelve new medical colleges and twelve new universities across Madhya Pradesh, with curricula tightly linked to employability.
Enhanced Schemes for Female Students and Working Women
The existing “Gaon Ki Beti” and “Pratibha Kiran” schemes will be extended to cover postgraduate women scholars, and hostels for working women will be set up in every division, providing safe and convenient accommodation for women entering the workforce.
Broad‑Based Push on Jobs, Technology and Entrepreneurship
The conclave gathered representatives from 17 government departments and featured over 80 exhibition stalls showcasing opportunities in AI, robotics, drones, semiconductors, renewable energy and electric vehicles. A Global Investors Summit is slated for Bhopal next year to attract industries capable of large‑scale job creation. Additionally, 500 new National Service Scheme (NSS) units will be launched to promote youth participation in community service.
Collectively, these measures weave together education, competitive‑exam preparation, research funding, technology exposure, skill development, startup financing and employment generation, laying the groundwork for Madhya Pradesh’s 2027 Year of Youth.
